If you connect your TND to the computer, close the TND Dock. Go to your start menu, computer. look for an external drive that has a folder called NaviMaps. In that folder look for files that have "DCA" in them. Give me the dates of one of the "DCA" files.

    Thanks,

Today I tried to use it to take me to church at 124 Kittle street ,Ringgold,Ga.
from the truckstops at exit 345 off I-75. I went straight north on us41 and kept going when it intersected with 2 and then the TND said I was in violation and something about overheight. The signs for us41 give you a truck route around that 11' 7" overpass not to mention that I would turn on spur 151 before I got to it anyway. I tried to tell it I weighed 29,200 lbs (empty) and was 13'6" tall and 102" wide and was bobtail but since there was no way to tell it I was bobtail I put in 48' trailer. Anyway I just thought it was strange that it wouldn't even route me there when there are truck route signs on the road

restriction has been removed and will be in the next map update.

    Thanks,
    Mark

We just purchased the 710 about a month and half ago. My husband said that Sam started sounding funny, like she had a cold, now she doesn't talk at all. No sound from anything that usually produces a sound. He tried turning it off and back on.
Any idea of what is wrong and what needs to be done to get Sam talking again?

Is there a way to search for a truck stop by the store number? Sometimes the address of a fuel stop does not bring anything up and that is for truck stops even like Flying J or Pilot. Would it be possible to find it by the name and the store number?

Have you contacted Customer support so that they may issue an RMA?

Also in response to your other question. No, you cannot search by store number. Have you done a search for travel centers by City? What ones cannot you find?

    Thanks,
    Mark

Just because a truck drives on a road does not mean it is truck legal. You could set your trailer to 48' long, 96" wide and see if it routes you. This is what is legal on NON-STAA roads. Try car mode and if it routes you then it is a truck attribute. What road and we can look it up and see what the restriction is.

Most STAA roads are only 1 mile from the National road network.

    Thanks,
    Mark

He does not remember an exact one right now but will let me know when he has another one. The problem arises when dispatch gives him a truck stop with the name and store # and an intersection instead of an address (with one of them, I believe he said that the intersection listed 3 roads) for the location and for some reason using intersection did not help. I will get back to you with the information when I have more. I did not realize you would need an example, I was just hoping there was the ability to find a truck stop by store #.
