Do you have a TND? If so are you having issues?
Thanks,
MarkCorporal_Clegg Thanks this. -
i have one for you... please tell me WHY the 710 CAN"T route me from san antonio, tx. to 665 Metts dr. lebanon, ky.......?
Their is a weight restriction, probable on the far end. I will forward to Rand to verify the restriction.
also WHY does it think that KY has toll roads.....? ky opened all the OLD toll roads over 6 years ago....!
Details?
why does it route me one way from san antonio to huntsvill, al. but not the same way back and both are longer than the way i go and i go all freeway both ways....
added to below.
does the person that wrote the base routing software understand that a VIA is not a STOP, to get the route to go the way i want "or need" i may need to add up to 5-8 via's but the 710 treats each via as a stop so as i'm going down the freeway i have to hit next STOP and loaded it also treats each via as a stop in that it shows (upper right corner) milage and arrival time to the next via NOT the milage and arrival to my next STOP...?
Rand understands this. I ran this run 3 different ways and the shortest I got was 940 Miles. If you put in the A/Z end of the route, zoom out and you will see your route. Tap the screen and place the green "+" on the spot you wish to be routed too. Zoom in till you see the road direction you need, then you should see add a Via at the bottom. Tap this and it will add it to your route.
Once in the route, if you are on the Map screen you can tap on the "cog" on the bottom left and just tap on "skip to next stop", it will recalculate from the direction you are going.
Thanks,
Mark -

multi-stop for that one, most of my runs have a start, 1-5 stops and finish back at the starting point.
like tx, in, oh, oh, ky, tx
or tx, tn, ar. ms, tx
that was a short oneMark Kling Thanks this. -
Toll roads in KY the poster was talking about are the KY parkway system
They are not toll roads now and they are truck legal
West KY Parkway
Blue Grass Parkway
Purchase Parkway
Natcher Parkway
Audabon ( ownesboro KY )
Pennyrile Parkway
These are all truck legal and hazmat legal .. Have been for years and all have no tolls now ... And the TND will not even let you run them rather take you 200 miles around them ...
Please send this up and fix -
Thanks,
Mark
