Suppport Thread for the TND 500, TND 700 or future Rand McNally products.

I am a coach bus driver in Canada, I have a TND710 with a situation the really frustrate me ok my problem, I mount my unit and plug the cord to my power source however it will not keep up the charge in a matter of 90 minutes to 100 minutes the battery is dead and my unit by now has froze, I unplug it and unit shut down now I plug it back in and unit charge and a matter of a couple hour unit power back on but will not charge while GPS running so is there a high quality cord I can buy or if anybody has a solution for this problem by reading these thread it seem one of the most occurring problem with RM GPS, I love this unit so please somebody come to my rescue lol, I am heading to Newfoundland on Saturday for 17 days with a tour from British Columbia I need my unit working to a T

I have the TND510 and want to know if you can tell me if I have the latest maps and software on my unit. The number are as follows :
Version 11.4.1968.1813
os version: A4.QC.RM.2T510.110122

So is my TND510 up to date as I only see map updates being sold for 500/700 units ? Thanks

 

I don't recall if it's been mentioned, but the new US25E route isn't updated in the lastest map version from east of Tazewell TN to about Bean Station TN.

Can't find if anyone asked before, but is IntelliRoute going to be available on the iPad?
