Not at this time. Some issues have to be worked out in the supply chain.

    Thanks,
    Mark

i have a rand 710, and have had it for around 4 months and already i find it hard to charge the unit...it seems the power cable gets looser and looser when plugged into the unit to the point that it is near impossible to get the "red power led" to stay on??

It helps a lot to provide some strain relief on the cable and plug. You might try using a zip tie to secure the cable to the windshield mount... with enough slack to the plug that the cable isn't pulled tight to the plug.

    Mark Kling Thanks this.

One thing that reciently has occured a few times is that often at a ramp or intersection it has been telling and showing me to make a left/right turn when the actual required turn is in the other direction. just when it zooms up to the turn the turn is opposite; I have the gps mounted as expected with the screen facing me in the front- but it seems to have issues determining direction of travel- this just happened after I did an update last week

510 came out this year. You might have the T5E. Check serial number on the back.

In your truck tools/truck info what height do you have set?

    Thanks,
    Mark
