I have the 510 and it will not sent me down I-5 thru Seattle. It wants to run me around I-405 even if I have a drop in the down town area. The other day I had a drop on 4th street, it wanted to take me around on 405 to I-90 and then take I-90 into Seattle. And if I go past the 405 exit to stay on 5 it will still want me to take exit 175 off to other roads, and then will put me back on 5. At times it has shut down saying that it can not find a route thru. If I put my address back in it will then take me on down I-5

routing from Winston Salem, NC to Rockingham,NC on Hwy220/I73 the GPS will have you get off on an exit for 220 Alt ( exit 34 I think it was) It wanted me to take the exit and get right back on the same road. It was like it didnt want me to go under the overpass lol. It was NOT low clearance. It was so high there wasnt even a height sign.

I ran the route on the newer maps and do not see this. I will send up to Rand to also verify that this was fixed.

    Thanks,
    Mark

    i have the 710

i was in Irving, TX. went up SR-12 to I-635 east to get to US-75 north
WHY did it want me to take exit 19C off I-635 to the srervice road then turn north on Coit Rd. for 1.1 miles then turn east on Spring Valley Rd. for 1.4 miles then get on US 75.....??? thats 2.5 miles on city streets when staying on I-635 to the next off ramp IS the off ramp to US-75

the 710 wanted me to run 2.5 miles on city streets with stop lights and staying on the FREEWAY was 2.3 miles. so staying ON THE FREEWAY was faster and shorter......?

    route setting are shortest,

I-635 is a Tollway.. you have Tollways to avoid?

I routed from the start up TX-12 loop, Central Expy, to US 75 with Toll avoid and with allow the same way.

    Thanks,
    Mark
