    ok here is a small problem I had to go to atlas st in worchester in mass (great folks around there always); the gps routed me under a low rail bridge on sunderland rd at one end; fortunately I was warned about this in advance and went through the other way- it is important because there is a regency transportation warehouse/terminal and another whse on atlas I don't think that only I would be disaffected by this oversight

    This is in the Maps. It will not be corrected by an update via the TND Dock. It has been submitted to Rand GIS to look at.

    Hi - New to this forum, so my apologies if I'm doing this wrong. My husband's a new trucker, and on his second Rand McNally TND 710 unit. This one seems to have crashed today while he's enroute. Now if he plugs it in, the screen stays blank. Only red light is on. Reset doesn't work. Power button does nothing. He called support and they said they're sending a package so he can mail it in. But this will leave him without a GPS for weeks! Any suggestions?

    Try leaving it off for 24 hours and then 3 hours charged on AC.

    They should have E-Mailed you an RMA.
