    Hey mark I have a tnd 700,710 the 700 is for backup, the 710 has a power problems 3rd one in 6 months the usb plug is allows lose red light blinks or stays on when chargeing. What is the problem? THanks sourdiesel

    Is there any plan to update the software for Safari and/or Apple products? The .exe file only works on Wind-blows machines. :)

    Question, Mark. The Mac instructions say to look for the model number on the back of my 510 unit and all the links start with "T". The sticker on the back of my TND 510 has "EL" which is not shown. Which link would I use? Thanks.

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
    prior models started with a "T" in the serial number as T5C for example. the 510 and 710 are the model numbers for the newer ones on the market.
