It will import/export to any model.
Just connect your new TND to the Dock and on the top row, 2nd from the left hit the Backup/Restore button.
Hit the restore (not all) and if it asks about data from a different model say yet.
Then after the restore hit update....
Thanks,
Markmobilehobo Thanks this. -
heres a problem I reciently had
I was given a location on 3rd street in Bondsville MA 01069; well, no Bondsville- ok I know some places use more historical names etc and expected the zip code feature to at least give me a listing of the streets within that zip code defined area and get me going in the right direction but- ah ha, apparently this zip code does not exist in the rm 500 as it wouldn t allow me to enter it. so the zip code feature is not such a big help as I expected. My $14 Michelin map book has Bondsville and Versailes MA located, why doesn t my $300+ gps ? I honestly don t want to have ask dispatch for lat long co ords to locate a drop. -
Thanks for your response works good just have one question the routing around major airports cargo areas is showing trucks prohibited if this could be fixed I would appreciate it as we do alot of work at the airports.

I went by address, zip, street, but you did not give me a business number.
Thanks,

I deleted the two files that would control the zip codes and the Dock did rebuild them.
How far are you getting before it will not allow an entry? Did you try city center by zip?
Thanks,
Mark -
Have another problem with my 710. The screen is dim/washed out. Any suggestions?

If so, did you contact Customer support yet?
On DC, does the power light go green? Should take about 4-5 hours, 3 hours on AC.
Thanks,
Mark
