like i said at times it locks up not responding have to turn off and back on.
the routing issue seems to be truck restriction because it seems to go away when i switch to car routing. I have seen times it will show 100 miles difference than my qualcomm routing on a 500 mile trip. the only thing i can figure is its routing around what it thinks are restricted routes. please let me know what to do . my mapping shows out of date i guess i will have to purchase update but would like to resolve issue with unit locking up thx

 

yep,,no joy,,,,,,bummer,,,the unit still acts like it doesnt know where its at and still shows me off to the side of the road and just will not stay on a calculated route,,dallas,st louis,kansas city,mo/ks seem to be the worst offenders and it still wanders out into the weeds while i'm driving straight down an interstate,,also still frequently shows "no gps" black box at random times,,any other ideas i can try? or is it time to retire this unit?

FWIW, I done some exploring on my TND 510, and noticed that I too, do not have the database file, truck.db-journal, only the truck.db file. Should I have the journal file?
