Suppport Thread for the TND 500, TND 700 or future Rand McNally products.

Hopefully that's all it is. I had the same setup in the first truck. I'll try moving the GPS and see if it works.

I moved the unit to the lower-left corner of the windshield. It's been working now for the last couple of days. However there's times that it will freeze up. The odd thing about this, it was working fine in this same truck, just a week ago. The only change was I added my smartphone and a cheap dashcam to the windshield.

I have a TND 700 that has been freezing on recalculating routes, I had this problem about an year ago and after I called customer support I was told to delete Bin folder and Layout file and it rebuilt files.I did the same thing today but with the new TND dock unit won't update nor rebuild files so I'm stuck with System File Missing warning.Is it any place where I could get the missing files until TND dock will start working with the 700?Any help would be appreciated.

 

How do I load that TeamViewer?I'm at home with a high speed connection.

 

Ok I downloaded teamviewer and I have an id and password.Please let me know what's next.

 

I agree with this... As of right now, the most annoying feature is not being able to turn off the construction sites listed in route summary.
