When you get a chance go to www.teamviewer.com and download the free version. Give me a date/time you and I can work on this. With this I will be able to remote into your computer.

    Thanks,
    Mark

As with any device or electronics you will have issues. Since most of you cannot contact Rand Support during business hours I stepped in to provide you addtional support service.

Do not take the questions and issues listed here as a sign that the TND is not a good product. It is a good product.

Just take what is seen here as a ways and means for drivers to get help for any issue they may have.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Without me physically looking at your laptop the suggestions I gave are the most common.

One other thing that might be holding you back on the install. On XP you have a security that has to be set.

I would save the download for the Dock instead of run. Save it to the desktop. On this icon right click and go to properties. Go through each tab on properties and make sure the "run as adminstrator" is checked. And then double click on the icon to start the install.

    Thanks,
    Mark

510/710 and 5510/7710 are the only ones it is opened up for updates. No set time yet to open up for other models.

I will query Rand again and see if any new updates on this.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Any way rand could sort toll road preferences by which, if any, pass system they take? Maybe you could pass that up the line? Thanks for all you do for us brother.

Ok so I guess I'm still pondering the thought of the TND 710 and i thougt I found a good deal at dieselboss for $350 but I can't find if that includes lifetime map updates and I found Best Buy is $290 but $489 with lifetime and Walmart is $360 with lifetime maps. Does any of these sound like good deals to you guys or should I still shop around?
