Also scroll down and under the MicroSoft updates make sure you have .net Framework version 3.5 minimum with SP1.

Thanks for the reply,it's the same as before, the cursor hides within the dock but if I click the cursor on before going on the dock then I can see it, wonder if it has something to do with the high resolution monitor and am I correct that I can't backup or restore or download updates at this time, TND 700. This unit has given me no problems for almost 2 yrs except for speed limits in towns being wrong and addresses not being where they are supposed to be. Is there no way that Rand can give us owners of older models the dashboard feature. Thanks again for your help.

I've noticed this on my TND 510.
Digital Dashboard
The Avg Max Speed is not correct. I've repeatedly noticed this to be in excess of 100 mph. My truck is governed at 73mph. How can the Avg Max speed be 100 mph, when I've never driven anywhere near that fast? -
If it does not work then it is not on you to crawl in front of the customer, but that seems to be the way they usually do it. -
Thanks,

I run 1440x900 on a Toshiba and I see the cursor. What resolution are you running?
Dock should be opening up within the next two weeks for the other models.
Thanks,
