Im having the same issue as Enforcer with the power cord. the unit worked fine for the first week I had it, then I noticed the little "charging" light flickering off, when i went to make sure it was tight the plug was HOT! this cannot be good, but Im a new driver, driving places Iv never been, and cant give the unit up to get sent in. Suggestions?

I just picked up the TND 710 and I have a question. When I'm at a location (where the truck is sitting) is there a way I can save that location on the GPS using the Latitute or longitude? My last GPS I could save a location I was at and it would store the Lat and longitude in my address book in the GPS.

I've been noticing that using the automatic function, it will place me Off-Duty, when the vehicle has not moved for XXX amount of time. Why Off-Duty instead of On Duty?
