Yep. It's what I have, Razor- non rooted ( although I barely understand the benefits of rooting or the concept itself). I am real keen to see what you come up with.

Mark, thanks a lot for the stylus! I haven't had any problems with the 720, but have run the "Device Diagnostics and Repair" option several times just for kicks. At the end of each check it always says "Issue Found With 1 File" and then I click "Repair" and it finishes that almost instantly. I noticed it briefly said something about "Settings.ini" during the repair. Do you know what might be going on? Thanks.

On the TND - under Navi/bin is the settings.ini file. E-Mail that to me please. You will have to look at the TND as an external drive.

    Thanks,

Multi stop load totals. Someone please help me out. I have got the 720 and can't find the totals for a multi stop load. Will only show me the current leg. What am missing?

Totals being all stops combined and to each stop the mileage and time?

Once you are in a route, on the map screen to the right about midway you should see a icon with 3 arrows and lines. This is the "turn by turn" listing. Tap on this icon to slide it out. Down at the bottom is Display Route Options... click on this to show Trip Summary or Summary Map View (this will show all stops in a route view).

    Thanks,
    Mark

Seems to work now in all modes. Looks like when I turned it to no scaling and then back to scaling modes it now has the feature enabled. Weird....but good that it is now working as intended.

    Thanks!

Thanks Mark that worked. Showed each leg and the totals. Very good. There is so much to this unit that one just keeps finding more and of the features.

Also got your email yesterday, thanks for shipping that out so quick.

Dieselboss, I have the straight connector. If I want to disconnect my TND and unplug the MMCX when I park (to hide for security), will that repeated connecting/disconnecting cause problems over time?

*Since the TND is relatively expensive hardware, do most of you other users hide it when you park? Also, for those that have it mounted on the dash, have any weigh stations every hassled you about that? Thanks

It depends how long "over time" is. Any connector will "weaken" some over time. I would think if you parked in the back row, you might want to hide it. I used mine (ran 4-5 at one time) on the dash and never had any issues at truck stops. I covered them with a towel. Weight stations saw them, but I kept them in such a way they never covered any blind spot. If anything I did not see part of the front hood (top part). I had them in a Freightliner, Volvo, and a long nose Pete.

    Thanks,
    Mark
