TND-720 and the Traffic Receiver - For those that have a TND-720 and use the traffic receiver - under the Main Screen/Preferences/General/Real Time Traffic Settings - make sure you have it set to one of the following - Flow Only, Incidents Only, or Flow and Incidents. Do not press the "Turn Traffic On" button. This will turn off the Traffic Receiver.

    This is on Version 12.4.2364.

Rand is aware of this and it has been corrected in the next version.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Rand now thatball companies require u to write down mileage before crossin states wouldnt it be great if McNally would have a feagure where u put ure original tractor mileage and it would be recording what mileage u had wen u enter a certain state......tku Gus

You can change the Odometers by tapping on them and entering your tractor mileage. I know what you are saying and it is on the feature list.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Thanks for reminding me... I was about 10 minutes away from replying to your post. I got swamped with some other issues the past few days.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Not a problem, I know you get lots of questions just here in the forum and you still need a private life. Just for rand's info-In CA-US 395 and US 14,major truck routes, truck icon comes on once in a while but only for short stretches then reverts to car speed limit which is 65mph. All highways in CA are truck 55mph,no exceptions so in my way of thinking the truck speed icon should be displayed on any highway in CA where the car speed is greater than 55mph. Same for Oregon.

    Thanks

In the map database there is a spot for car and truck speeds. This is what the code draws off of. It is not 100% perfect. You can change under Truck Info/Warnings/Speed Limit Alert - none, truck only, show car if no truck.

    Thanks,
    mark

Yes I'm aware of these settings but doesn't solve the problem, have tried changing the settings but same outcome as previously mentioned.
