Suppport Thread for the TND 500, TND 700 or future Rand McNally products.

OK I have 2 entries,Rand-McNally and RNDDock, what am I looking for?

 

Sorry found 3 entries, first 2 in previous post and also a TNDDock entry

 

Can I safely uninstall my dock,delete all these entries and reinstall the dock.
Also tried installing and running dock with my tnd 700, same outcome.

Install log show several errors.
Unrecognized image file format
xndlogger could not find trace information
xndlogger could not find logservicessleeptime information
" " " " logservicebatchsize "
I found an old dock on my 700 and installed that and it launched ok, it told me new dock available and downloaded it and installed it and the same outcome as previous.
Old dock was 25MB in size and the new one is only 15MB, is this the correct size for the new dock?
It also appears that when I download the new dock entries are going into all three folder in my local appdata.

Ya same on mine,guess its just the installer that is 15MB.All is good now.
