I wonder how often a town, village or city puts up restricted for trucks or some such but is never recognized by the state or legitimized by the state. Especially where a federal or state route may pass thru a town but the locals put up a detour the state knows nothing about.

LTM's are now available on the Dock. Be sure to be on a High Speed network. This should cover all models except the 720.

BTW. After update you may get the msg that your maps are over a year old. Just ignore it.

If you are computer savvy I can tell you how to reset that file.

    Thanks,
    Mark

If you do not have LTM's, they should be available on the Website soon if not already. You will be given an code to enter when you go to download off the Dock..

    file is about 2.8gb

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Hi Mark,

I did get the up dated maps for the 710, but it still shows the maps are over an year old, if you can tell how to fix this it would be great.

Also the front light shield or cap, dose not fit on the 710 correctly, it is hitting the lock tab that locks the 710 in place.

Well, if we could be a bit more general in what roads/streets are missing I could check.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Mark, I work in the oil/gas industry and travel down many gravel and paved secondary roads (all named roads) to pick up and drop off equipment, I have run the 720 for only 2 days and it names "very" few roads on screen , take for instance.......I was traveling out of Searcy AR on Hwy 36 , 8 miles west is Hwy 320 heading North (aka Morris school road) I have passed this road 8 times in the last 2 days and not one time has the unit placed "any" sort of lable on it, it will just show a white road leading off Hwy 36 and "most" roads (paved or unpaved) are the same on the map !

ETA: Mark, just to clear things up , the unit shows "every" road (gravel and paved) but places no names on them and thats the part I really need so I can find my turn.
