    Is anyone else seeing this?
I am using a laptop and desk top both running win7.
I have tried three different USB wires.
I have tried it with the SD card in and out (my SD card not a rand one)

    Thanks for any help.

You will need to either exchange it from where you got it or contact Rand Support for an RMA/exchange.

    Thanks,
    Mark

I would highly highly highly suggest you back up your TND manually to your computer before you do the map update.

This is in case the update fails for any reason we can always put the files back on before the update so your TND will still be working.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Those who were having troubles with the Dock yesterday. Are you still having troubles? If so, E-Mail me your Dock logs. They can be found as stated below.

Be sure to go to your computer screen and in the bottom right in the start icons, find the blue/white icon for the Rand Dock and then right click and exit. If this is active it ties back to the Dock Log and you will not be able to send the most current file.

    If you are on XP.
    Control panel
    Folder and settings
    Show hidden files and folders
    Click on view tab
About 2/3 of the way down click on show hidden files and folders
    Close control panel
    Click on C:\
    Go to My documents
    All users
    Application data
    All users
    RNDDock
    Logs
This is where the Dock logs are now

    Vista/Win7
    Control panel
    Appearance and Personalization
    Show hidden files and folders
    View tab
About 2/3 of the way down click on show hidden files and folders
    Close control panel
    Click on C:\
    Go to users
    Your name
    Appdata
    Local
    RNDDock
    Logs
This is where the Dock logs are now

    Thanks,
    Mark

It is not a common issue, but you should be able to connect. Contact Don on Monday in regards to an exchange.

    Thanks,
    mark
