    Did you let it charge for about 3 hours first on AC? If battery is low and you turn it on, it is trying to charge the battery and operate at the same time.

    That would be an USB issue. Try connecting the 720 (off) to the computer and then turn on the 720.

    Tried many times, just keeps going to the regular start up screen as though it is only receiving charge.

    Plus it automatically turns on when connected to power.

    that doesn't help. Wifi is enabled and connected for hours. Still no joy.

    Contact RM support. Sounds like the USB port on the 720.

    TND 520, I have the POI turned off, yet it still shows them on my map.

    In a previous post you stated that LTM has not been released yet, just the 520 & 720. Are you saying that those models have the most current maps? If so should my 520 have a more current map then my old 510? There's a couple of highways that I need to test this theory on. For example US-59 North from I-35 in Franklin and Douglas counties in Kansas. New 4-lane highway, which was completed at least a year ago.
