When I turned the 720 on Wednesday morning it connected to the hot spot but the traffic and weather overlays will not display. I called RM support and they think it is on their server, is any one else having this problem.

Hey guys, I've been looking around the internet for a few hours now, and I can't seem to find out how to do a complete factory reset on my TND 720.
I plugged it into my PC yesterday to do the update that gives the traffic and all the new features. Something went wrong, and the update failed. Now, the unit is stuck on the Rand McNally startup screen and won't go any further. Pushing the reset button does reset it, but it just goes back to the startup screen and stays there. I tried plugging it into my PC, and it doesn't do anything for about 60 seconds, and then Windows crashes with a blue screen.
Is it possible to download the software to reinstall it from an SD card or something? This is my most important tool when managing my time, and I go back out on the road Wednesday morning. Is there anything I can do at all, or am I pretty much screwed? -
I wondered what the problem was, I had a Magellan but was given a RM 720, I guess if I wanted I could use my iphone as a hotspot but wonder if that will cost me $$$.
