    When I try to plug in my 500 to my computer it won't get past registration. I've tried resetting and new computers. Any helo?

    What is the serial number off the back of the TND?

    Several things.

    1. New 64bit/Win7/8 set the power settings to Eco Mode. You will have to turn power settings to high.
    2. Does the computer see the TND as an external drive? Go to Computer and see if you see the TND.
    3. Do you get Device Unrecognized?

    I don't get that message on that screen. If I pull the plug it just goes black. I'll check again tomorrow.
