My RND Dock program doesn't open up on my laptop anymore. Click on the launcher button, pops up the permission warning, click yes and then.....nothing. The dock never opens. Tried everything I know how to, even uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Still won't open up.

Any suggestions? I'd sure like to be able to do updates.

Been using microsoft security essentials for a few years no changes to it. Turn it on or off and still nothing. Turned off Windows firewall....nothing. Turned off user account controls...nothing. Right click it and run as admin.....nothing.

Pretty weird.

I just deleted all the old launcher files and did a repair and same thing. No luck.

I had the same problem. I finaly just added a new user to my computer named randmc. On that user account i uninstalled the dock and reinstalled the latest version and it worked. For some reason it still doesnt work on original user account.
