Once east of Windsor, the speed limit on 401 is 100km/h throughout Ontario, but there are a couple spots where the gps incorrectly lists the speed limit as 78: just before & after KM#130 and throughout the greater Toronto area.

The ETA is also wonky. Windsor to Cornwall is ~800 km @ 100 km/h but it'll say 10.5hours. That same distance/speed in the US would say 8.5 hours.

 

Any educated guesses when an all new model will be coming out?

Look for the new " Direct Route" mode- where a gun pops out and orders you to follow what ever route it gives you 😆. Honestly, not too sure what else needs to be added. Maybe some minor tweaking here and there- especially in the "extended" services but not much else. Seems like most ofcthe big bugs have been dealt with.

 

feature wish list item of the day: speed limit change warning that shows what the new speed limit will be (so you better know whether to coast, jake, or brake)
