Not sure but I think it's the average of all the entries. If you do a partial fuel, it will screw up that mpg reading for a bit till you get several entries past the partial fueling.

    Mark-

Run from Colorado Springs to Dodge city using all roads in the preferences- routed us24- co96... over to us283. I ran 96 overvto us287 to us 50. The device continuesly tried to route me back to the orginal routing up to 30 miles west of Garden City. So what's wrong with US50?

Also, interesting enough, just west of Dodge City it correctly routed the south bypass ( down to us400 south of town) but described it incorrectly as the Northwest Bypass ( which there is- going around to the north to Us50)

I am checking on the first one, but the second one. Did you hear this as a voice or a pop-up or ? I am not able to duplicate.

    Thanks,
    Mark

I am sure it is the average of all entries, but I will verify.

    Thanks,

Neither. After Garden City, Ks, It correctly routed US50 to the south bypass (which is actually US400 to US56 and runs south of Dodge City) in the segment pull down menu, it listed this as the Northwest Bypass. There is a northern bypass (us50 goes up and to the north of town). Not absoutly but I think the latter is the Northwest Bypass.

I am not seeing that in the Turn by Turn list.

    Thanks,

That's a little strange. You ran a route from the Springs to Dodge City- what route did your simulation come up with initially?

Mark, FYI: The updates made my TND 720 work good for about another 12 hours, but then it crashed again. The folks at CS have now given me an RMA to send it back for repairs/replacement. Thanks for all of your work on this thread, as I do believe the RM units are good when they're working... but these annual issues are very frustrating.

Remind me again... Did I remote into your 720 to look at it?

    thanks,
    Mark
