It is also entirely possible that he has enough grasp of the english language to legally hold a cdl, but needed help with the law, Like I said possible, I do not know how well he understood, just like everybody else on here. He will be going to jail, I have no doubt, but he still didn't commit murder, so I doubt he gets fried, and for all intents and purposes it will just cost taxpayers, till he gets deported.

Looking at the picture I am looking at, he would have rolled if he passed the truck on the right, and been right back into the cars anyway. The back end of the truck, may have just been the best as far as life and limb, but even then hitting it at 85, it probably would have involved a lot of other vehicles too.
Once there with traffic stopped, there was no good scenario that I can tell by the pictures.

 

All I’m saying is everyone is a person. And a gang tried to kill my pregnant wife and kid so I could have easily been hateful of who they were were instead of what they did. There’s a huge difference.

Dude was driving truck. He's accountable. Doesn't matter if the families or the public at large forgive him, or do a Jack Ruby on him. Those people are dead, and a bunch maimed beyond repair.

I'm rather too right wing to call myself conservative, but I'm sure a great many of them would prefer a more selective or restrictive process of LEGAL immigration as well. The Marielitos were legal. Castro empties his prisons and TB wards and loony bins and Carter took them in. Feds could give the entire Cuban population green cards. Or that of Somalia or some other beggar nation. They'd all be legal.
Would objections to their presence here be therefore illegitimate ?
