Okay...so we are comparing a guy who pleaded guilty and hasn't been sentenced yet to a guy who pled not guilty and hasn't been tried yet.

Charges. Drunk American truck driver can kill 6 immigrants and have less (or dismissed) charges then sober Immigrant truck driver killed 4 Americans.
