nobody knows what really happened and nobody can say what they would have done in his shoes. I believe in getting the facts in a case like this. Which their are none. Not taking any sides because all you can do is speculate. From the sounds of it some people make it sound like it was an intentional homocide by cmv. Could be just lack of experience and lack of knowledge. Some people handle his situation differently i suppose, the guy maybe just froze and went into a panic.

That's incredible. Wonder what would have happened any other place but America. Something as heinous as this, and they guy STILL claims he was railroaded. This will be another record thread, because it seems so unreal. Can you imagine how the families feel. Tell you what, I'm not a violent man, never been in trouble, but if this guy killed my loved one, I'd be on a plane to Cuba to find him.

 

Oh, IDK, it's pretty obvious to anyone who has driven a truck in the mountains, we've been over this and over this, he had plenty of options, but was negligent, with dire consequences. Of course it wasn't intentional, but that's no excuse. Look what happened due lack of experience. This kid should have gone straight to Florence.

Meanwhile the accident on I-75N that ended with 4 Mexican Americans dead via a reckless truck driver doesn’t even get an honorable mention on TTR.. Like the Colorado crash this one also incinerated it’s victims..yet no drivers name or picture has been released yet.
