nobody knows what really happened and nobody can say what they would have done in his shoes. I believe in getting the facts in a case like this. Which their are none. Not taking any sides because all you can do is speculate. From the sounds of it some people make it sound like it was an intentional homocide by cmv. Could be just lack of experience and lack of knowledge. Some people handle his situation differently i suppose, the guy maybe just froze and went into a panic.

The court of public opinion raging in this thread perhaps is biased against the drivers funny non-American name?
Meanwhile the accident on I-75N that ended with 4 Mexican Americans dead via a reckless truck driver doesn’t even get an honorable mention on TTR..
