Well I haven't heard anything about this guy being not well rested, so that it makes it fine to you that he killed 4 people because his logbook was just fine? Rest has nothing to do with this one.

 

I believe it was a gofundme or something like..The cuban Mafia has deep roots..Yrs ago outside Miami,after that bus truck accident where those kids got killed,Dot man gave a cuban rock hauler a ticket for not speaking passible English.Said truck driver complained to his "Patron" The head of the Fla SP got involved ..ripped up the ticket, ordered the the statie to apologize ,and Suspended him for a week. I was like just WOW...

 

No #### he lost it because of the fact he didn't know what he was doing in the first place. How do we give people that don't know what they are doing a license to drive a forty ton missile.

 

With all the driver facing cameras in trucks, did he have one? These crashes are not just in the mountains, they are becoming common just about everywhere now. Remember if we let the regulators access to keep us safe we are losing another snip of the fantasy of freedom.

Well that clears it up, obviously he’s innocent, says his friend.

I wouldn’t say he’s innocent, more like ignorant of how to properly drive a truck in the mountains.

My first guess is that he was not trained properly and probably purchased his CDL on the black market.
I’ve been called a jack ### before, so have at it, you’re not gonna hurt my feelings.
