like the san fransico cable cars, have cables running in the roads, and truckers hook up to it, let the state operate the hill descending, as part of the fuel taxes they collect and use elsewhere's....

First off, have you really seen a "white" person? We are given the gift of sight and we worry about what shade someone is. Then the counter balance bit with cables, that could be used to move vehicles up to the top while controlling the descents, but really I-70 has become overused and if they separate the cars and trucks it would work a bit better, then the stoned skiers would all have to come up with another excuse.

 

Plus they dug all those tunnels to move the water from the west slope to the plains, that was back early last century, how about a new tunnels, start at golden, and out near eagle, miss them hills
