    Which of these four are a better company to work for, for a newbie? In terms of pay and potentials. Got offers from all

    SVTN is what I recommend. Tanker is where the money is. SVTN isn't a mega-carrier either. Your paychecks will be more consistantly the same vs. with many other types of trucking where you might get $800.00 this week and $175.00 next week.

    Where is your location, to get a good job offer like this?

    CTL would be my second choice. Stay with the tankers.
