Ok, I'm fresh out of the shop from a clutch breakdown in Itascas,IL. It took the shop four days to get the truck fixed due to them having to order the parts and having a full shop of breakdowns. I finally get back on the road to learn I was to meet a fellow Werner driver. I met him, did the macro 19 and got the paperwork.
The load went from Gilman,IL to Marietta,GA to a place called Hoppy's. I get there and my original directions went to an address that wasn't trucker friendly.
I had to stop and call dispatch when I then received the real address. I showed up to Hoppy's and its a little renky-dink mom and pop place that barely has the space to get in. The place doesn't open until 9, so I'm stuck here waiting. Did I mention that my training hours were up a whole week ago? I was supposed to get out in Indy, but they didn't have another student for my trainer. I then chose to go to Lithia Springs to test out. Thankfully they have another student. So after I drop this last load, I'll be headed to the terminal to get my own truck/first ever truck.
Swap from hell

Oh werner. Honestly, if you think that was bad give it more time.

The big blue screw serves many places that aren't friendly to road trucks and 53 footers. Be ready.

I'll take it slow so I won't hit anything.

Well, that is thought provoking! I start with Werner next week as a trainee. Looking on the bright side, I suppose if you can learn to park in non-truck friendly spots with Werner you can drive anywhere. Good luck, BossOutlaw88. Maybe see you down the road. I hope you are getting some home time. Have you been out for seven weeks?

I've been out for eight weeks by choice to get the $500 bonus afyer I compete my first solo load. Once under your FM, your time out restarts. So when I get my truck, I migjt have to stay out two weeks so I can get ack home to handle somemuch needed business if you catch my drift lol! Cool, PM me and we might run into each other out there Jayhop.

Doesn't sound too awful, it didn't require chains or a dozer to pull you in and out.
