Well my new Paccar drive axle shocks part # 665944 lasted only year. I already swaped from AG 200 to AG 400. So i had to try something else. Didnt wanna go with Road Kings so i wanted to try Gabriel SLX/TRP gas charged adjustable shocks. Problem is they dont make one for AG200/early AG400 the ones with studs on both ends. So i have to update upper shock brackets with newer AG 400 design that takes upper T mount setup part '# C11-1135 or aftermarket MK16990. With this setup i can use Paccar shocks 671962 or Gabriel SLX 89456.
I had to drill two holes since new brackets didnt match bolt pattern from old one and adjust center of travel so i dont bottom new shocks
Hope Gabriel SLX last more than OEM ones. Here is a few pics 20190710_190141.jpg 20190720_164752.jpg 20190720_164809.jpg 20190720_184055.jpg
