    Hope he has better luck with a small company than I have had. I'm officially washing my hands of going with companies smaller than 100 trucks

    Well, when you're unexperienced your options are quite limited. I'd rather see anyone go this route than contracting themselves into years of big mega carrier indentured servitude.

    From the sounds of it, he's starting out with a better outfit than I did.

    fuel card was shut off for 2 days, one of the other drivers gets his Pay via a paper check, once it was deposited, the check bounced. I done with small companies. I'm heading to Birmingham tomorrow to start with p&so. they are putting me on their national strategic fleet hauling singles dedicated out of Brookville Indiana

    my first mistake was doing that lp with eagle. I even knew it when I left pgt. my second mistake was believing small companies are the best thing ever.

    @Gunner75 I'd like to think my small company is the best thing ever. I pride myself on what I've done. I'll keep that attitude and pride in what I do and keep moving forward. It sounds like you've had a bad string of decisions hopefully your new company works out, good luck. @MACK E-6 best of luck to your brother, glad to hear he found an outfit.

    I'm sure your company is everything you say it is, however my luck at choosing a small company is horrible. I was seriously considering starting over with a mega.
