One of these threads, might be merged into this one. There is a law firm representing driver's for the actions of swift. Use the search button above in the grey bar. I will look for it, when I get the chance.
mrjuggalo9er Thanks this. -
I sent a PM with several links of this lawsuit and another lawsuit against Swift. On page nine in this thread, is where I posted a article pertaining the license debacle and the lawsuit that was file against them. The attorneys are mentioned in the article. I would suggest google there name and call them.
Hope that helps you, good luck. -
"mrjuggalo9er", I feel badly that you've become emobroiled in this mess!
You say you're currently a driver - is your employer willing to allow you to use one of their trucks for the road test?
It's possible that you CAN get hired with a suspension on your MVR - I would imagine the circumstances would be looked at during the interview process. -
today i called Senator Richard G. Lugar (R- IN) 202-224-4814
and had an enlightning conversation i posed the question, what kind of degree do you have? his response a doctrine in political science, my response, well how would you feel if you foind out tomorrow that the school in which you recieved the degree notified you that they where not properly accredited to give you that degree in the first place and that you would have to reattend classes as if you never had in the first place....
i was promptly hung up on but its a perfect analogy please call his office
a senator can reverse this if he gets enough people bugging him to and to those whom say he can not .......he is part of the senates transportation committee PLEASE LET THE CALLS BEGIN I KNOW I WILL BE CALLING EVERY DAY -

I guess I must have opened a can of worms about mentioning the lawsuit against swift. Because I keep getting inquiries as where this elusive posting is. So I'm posting this in larger letters so you know exactly where to look. Don't get me wrong here either, I don't mind helping members but when I said page 9 four posts earlier and members are still asking me. I don't get it.
In this very same thread your reading. Either at the top of this page or bottom of this page your reading. You see where it lists the page numbers ? Click page 9 and scroll to the bottom of page 9. I posted a article about the lawsuit filed against Swift. The article mentions who the attorneys are. I'm not going to do your homework. Use google, bing or whoever you may choose for a search engine. You should be able to find the law firm.
Thanks,
RT -
"rookietrucker," after playing around with advanced search, I found your post!
However, it appears on page 18 for me, and likely, for most other readers of this thread! There is an option, within User Control Panel, which allows the user to change how many posts are shown per page. The Thread Default is ten (10), but can be changed to 20, 30, or more. (Sounds like yours is set to 20.)
My initial basic search of your posts didn't show this one due to its age - you are a frequent poster!
I've quoted the previously-referenced post below to make it easier for users with different "Number of posts to show per page" settings.
Thanks for all you do,
Tony
