I like the picture, like its saying you will be starting a happy life with us. Think I might just give them a call to see if a Recruiter can look up my information if my application did go though and tell me straight forward if I meet the hiring requirements or maybe see if I get to talk to a nice one that will try and 'see what they can do' on getting my application accepted. Seems hitting the apply now button just takes you to a page where you enter your basic information and wait for a recruiter to get in contact with you instead of sending you right to the online application on their main site.

 

Looks like I will be waiting till I'm 23 after all. I gave swift a call and they guy seems real interested in getting me on with them and began to ask me some questions. Asked what state and city I was in, zip code, then if I had any military experience, when I said no he ask my age and said sorry he would not be able to hire me since they have an age limit of 23. Seems if you have military experience you can get on at 21 and if you do not then you must wait till you are 23.

 

Don't know if that was directed at me but might actual be going with Stevens, since they finally got in contact with me and sent me a packet in the email. Only thing holding me back is my age since you need to be 22 to work for them and that's 6 months away for me.
