Swift artical

I saw that....my understanding is that the system for miles is the same in many of these big OTR compaines.Are they being singled out or has there been lawsuits like this going on for some time with others?

 

Every Trucking company I have worked for has short changed the drivers, Swift is really in the bad because they send you a message with routing and a particular fuel stop often out of the way that does not match the paid miles everytime. Its not very hard to setup the exact route in a computer program and figure it out, I could have mucho dinero if they start suing a lot of big companies. I figure as an estimate for every 300 miles I drive, I get paid for about 250-60 of them. So in a decent month of around 11,000 paid miles, I would have actually driven 12,466 low estimate and yearly of 132,000 paid I would have driven 149,280. For my pay and at very conservative figures I will be shortchanged 6566.00 per year at Swift at .38cpm.
