I am currently driving OTR for swift but want to learn about doing dedicated route. Who do I need to talk to to get information and possibly get setup on dedicated? Also what is the realistic average miles per week and what is starting pay for dedicated?

There may be a few on here that know but it sounds like a question better asked of your DM/DL.

Yea your DM aka DL will give you the details if any are available. Some have requirements to meet such as; where you live, how many days a week you will commit to, and so on.
Pay varies. Some are per mile per load and per day.
