Thought this was going to be about the one who was in extreme critical after being hit by another truck crossing the median near Eloy, AZ yesterday. Several fatalities in that wreck apparently. Anyway, RIP Freddie.

I tried to post the tiny section of the newspaper, but since unfortunately it being my first post I couldn't post it. But I will after this one, it really doesn't say a whole lot in the paper but the little box at the bottom right hand side is where it is at.

RIP Freddy JR. You will be missed. I hope this accident is not a result of the drivers health as the article mentions that authorities are not ruling this possibility out.

I speak for my family and for those who found my Uncle, I thank you. I know he was dead on the scene but nonetheless I thank you. Freddie was an amazing person with a big heart. He will be missed greatly. I do have to say he went doing what he enjoyed doing. I just hope no one else was harmed.

    The Truckers
In Memory of Freddie G. Walker, Jr.

The road beneath the wheels is nice and smooth,
but few understand those who drive it most.
Weither it be a highway or a city street,
the one who knows the road best don't alway bost.

    The soldiers have their holiday,
    Even the president has one
But when do they get their day?
    Why do they have none?

    The ones I'm talking about,
Weither in America or around the world,
They sacrifice just as much if not more.
The name of these folks have one word.

These folks are why places get supplies.
Don't sit with your thumb in you puckers.
I am meaning the best folks with a community of their own.
I am talking about the world's numerous Truckers.

(No disrespect intended to those in the armed force nor law enforcement.)
