    This is what I heard.
OTR is 1.5 to 2cpm depending on your time at Swift.

If you drive 100,000 miles per year that is a $1,500 - $2,000 per year raise which is a 1.5 - 2% raise at those miles.

I am retired after over 21 years in municipal law enforcement in NY State where most departments pay very well including mine. Our average yearly raises were 2- 3 %, with some years being 0% and a couple years were 4-5 % so this raise is not out of line. Everyone thinks a raise should be a knock it out of the park or it is not meaningful which is not realistic.

It's basically a joke. Talking to my neighbor who works for Swif he showed me the paperwork that his driver manager gave them You guys basically get a $0.01 pay raise.

It looks like new drivers can get their pay raises faster but you have to do #### near 11000 miles to 12,000 miles a months to obtain it.

    Lol

Do you work for Swift? So why do you care?

More money, is more money, period. I am fortunate to be on a high paying dedicated account, which is also getting a raise. I don't care if it is only .5 cents, it adds up.

If any company other than Swift offered the same raise package, people would be praising that company, but because it is Swift, well, nothing is right, or good enough.

    JOHNQPUBLIC Thanks this.

1st slow your roll, I worked for swift for about 12 years and in that 12 years I had over a million miles safe driving I have the jacket and a little Tire to prove it.

And honestly I would probably still be working there if it wasn't for the camera issue. Because I put my foot down with the driver facing camera.

Although about a year ago that has since been reversed.

And yes if I still work there I would have said this pay raise would have been a joke.

    Roll is slowed.
We shall agree to disagree. Hat's off to all those safe miles.

Anybody have any official word on the new bonus? I still haven’t heard anything and it should be in effect now.
