I had to leave Swift not because they did me wrong, but because of illness in Family. they tried to help any way they could to keep me, My DM was great and kept me rolling from day 1 as a solo if I needed home time I got it. Just remember they pay you to drive the truck not sit in the truck and you will do fine. good luck.

To answer your question about all 48...yes, you can do that from any terminal.

I started driving for Swift this year as a newbie fresh out of school. I am still happy that I went with Swift. My current rig is an '09 Prostar, and I am on a dedicated account. Based on what I have seen, Swift will treat you well if you work hard and stay out of trouble.
As for miles, I typically ran 2500 miles per week when I was on 48 state OTR. Swift definitely has the freight to keep you moving.... You do have to show them that you are a worker, and that they can count on you to deliver on time.

I started with Swift back in 02. I don't regret starting my career with them. There'll be good times, there'll be not-so-good times. You'll find that everywhere.

I am sure any company I choose it will be hard for at least the first year I am suppose to leave for Trans Am Tuesday but I am hoping Swift will come through and hire me Monday TA is just my backup if Swift doesn't hire me.

I will cancel TA if Swift hires me I want to get dedicated not be stuck otr for years and dont wanna mess with autos.
