    I was trying to run the eastbound I-94 scales a few years ago during the spring flood... the water under the Business I-94 bridge downtown was lapping over the road...

    BTW the Rand McNally atlas has the location of the EB MN scale wrong... but they were doing a level 3 inspection on the scale so the big word was out...whew!
