Witchy, yep that's the typical eastern triangle (that doesn't exist btw). Coil to Laredo, cat load or frame rails to nc or sc, chassis load to IN, rinse and repeat. 3000- 3200 mi/wk in busy time. How's Steve btw?

Treating me as well as can be expected. Probably the ONLY reason I'm still doing this is the fact I leased a truck.

Flatbed is WAY TOO MUCH WORK for the piddly little extra Swift pays you. NO WAY would I consider flatbedding as an O/O, the extra fuel alone wouldn't make it worth it.

Lol I don't do fb for the extra cash. I do fb because I love it. There's more benefits as well besides the extra money; we have mostly open windows for p/u and delivery, we get good long mileage trips, our support staff out of phx and Gary are top notch, we get a small company feel due to low amount of fber's along with a company that has access to tons of freight. While the bonuses of fb aren't apparent at first you get to see them as time goes on. As far as a l/o with fb the only slight negative would be decreased fuel mileage. Most fber's are getting around 6-7.

My 13 week average is in the mid 7s, I just pulled a 9K load from GA to TX and got 8.5 mpg. You can't get 8.5 pulling an MT skateboard! :)
