You know it takes a little more than drivng in part, to do the the job. I have set ratios for accounts and set the standard for the client, something I bet your ignorant drivers would never be able to do, but what the hell do you care, you guys go through drivers like playing cards. I have worked for you guys i can say you need to pull your head out then maybe you can see. Oneshot I love that one, cheers. If any of you agree post a cheers.

Say whatever you like about Swift. I'm sitting in the corner of the truck stop right now. There are some parking spots still open, although not the most desirable. There were three trucks looking to park here. First in line was one of those professional independent owner-operators, second was Crete, third was Swift. O/O pulled around with more than enough room to work with and poked his trailer at a spot a few times. Meanwhile, Crete was sitting there with his headlights on occasionally flashing his brights. Swift just waited. After trying a few times, O/O gave up and left. Crete hesitated at the spot and didn't even try for it. He left. Swift pulled around, got himself in place and smoothly backed into the same spot without a single pull-up. And then calmly got out of his truck and ambled into the truck stop.

Swift-SUCKS....I dedicated a lot of energy and learned that THE HARD WAY.They will promise you the world and then laugh at you when they don't deliver.
They will tell/remind you, how great the company is- continually(I was always thinking-"if this company is so great why do they need to keep reminding me of that-shouldn't I be able to see/realize that"?)
and then they'll sodomize you and expect you to accept it without complaining(but if you do say anything they WILL remind you how great the company is and how lucky you are to,still, have a job with them)
The DRIVER MANAGERS are-for the most part-uneducated DERELICTS-just fresh from cleaning toilets at Mcdonalds(or maybe it was Burger King)-SOME HAVE NEVER DRIVEN A TRUCK-but they'll tell YOU just how to drive that truck, even if that means doing something wrong, improper, not practical,or just plain illegal.

    Swift -Well,I'll minimize this:
    MY EXPERIENCE WITH SWIFT...
is that they don't give a ####-they LIE-consistently-THEY put the new drivers(they get subsidized by the government to "train" you so they pay less per mile to send newbies on trips) into situations that are not acceptable(I'll put that mildly) and then they wash their hands of the driver and blame any,er...uhh, mistakes(wink, wink) on the driver-THEY ARE EXPERTS at that.
And then they'll smear your reputation in any way that they see fit, just so that any statement by you seems unreasonable-and because they are VINDICTIVE slime -like jealous EX girlfriends-if they cannot have you working for them-they won't let anyone else have you....

    As a rule-They don't give a faack.
And the dumbfacck fleet managers are a bunch of lying, lowlife, politicians with their noses up the ESS of the corporate jackoffs-trying to Brown nose/LOBBY their way to a better position.

The latest lawsuit(among the several) kind of confirms Swifts concern for their drivers...
    The one constant that I found at EVERY terminal that swift has-and at a few truck stops: Every Swift Driver had something bad to say about their current experience with Swift..;
now, ummm, WHY would that be the case?

Mothers DON'T LET YOUR sons(or daughters) grow up to be Swift Drivers.
(I mean- if you care about them)

With all of that 0-1 years of experience, it sounds like you have more than one leg to stand on with your thoughts on this company, lolol.

And if "EVERY" Swift driver you've come across had something bad to say about Swift (which I doubt), then you've finally came across one that loves his job.

oh my...one of them BROWN NOSING Swift :biggrin_25523: worhsippers:biggrin_25514:,obligated to regurgitate the company mantra rather than accept the obvious.
Wow I heard about you guys but never did meet one-never did believe that you TRULY exist(ed)-so allow me a few minutes to observe you...
    Okay done-enough of that(thanks).

Try and get a job at a real(void of corporate politics and idiocy) place, maybe you might realize that YOU CAN expect some employers to treat you properly-OR MORE IMPORTANTLY:
to have enough education(in their position) to tell you how to do your job without guessing and "filling in the spaces" with their own guesses/opinions(generally wrong).
MAYBE:)biggrin_25525:) By spending a little more money, and not cutting corners,(You gotta love that great, corporate,"save a penny" mentality)
Swift would be able to hire REAL Driver managers and not have to recruit Mcdonald's Failures.
And,then, when them D.M.'s get promoted to Fleet managers-they might be able to RELATE.

One Owner Op who works there (said it used to be a good place to work at{'scuse me for ending a sentence with a preposition} )
said that one of the items which might help people (like you) ease through your time at swift-is a big jar of Vaseline.
Then-when you bend over-you might be able to smile, a little bit easier, for them(remember don't complain about them raping you-THAT will only subject you to a speech about how great Swift is).

In closing,I must say,I am excited to finally "meet" one of the Swift admirers that I had heard about-I truly thought you were all more akin to something like BIGFOOT or the Loch Ness Monster.

I must revert back to your "0-1" year of truck experience. That said, your temper tantrum and attempted insults don't offend me.

So because I love my job, that means I'm "Brown Nosing?" Because you didn't have a good experience there to report, that means no one should?

I'm not going to get into some "War of the Words" with you as online back and forth banters are just pointless.

Have a good one, man, and hope you find that dream trucking job.

    /end brownnose

As far as ending a sentence with a preposition goes? No apology necessary as you didn't end the sentence at that preposition. So you're good there.

Wow lol,"a temper tantrum" was it? Can't do any better than attempting to insult me?
Kind of reminds me of that saying (forgive me if I butcher this)"when emotion enters the room,Logic exits".
Consider the possibility of a discussion versus reverting to an emotional attack like some punk trying to defend his girlfriend.
AND Sorry to offend you but I,DO,admire your loyalty to those people.
I am sure that YOUR loyalty pales in comparison to that of the ( recent ) safety manager who was FIRED rather than LAID OFF(so that Swift did not have to pay him any severence/retirement???maybe???)after 15 years at Swift-You know the guy with two kids in College.... or that employee who was FIRED rather than LAID OFF(so that Swift did not have to pay him any severence/retirement???maybe???) as the terminal manager after 18 years at Swift?

I WILL "have a good one",and I thank you for the suggestion-but NOW that I am back to an environment with decent, honorable people with Integrity-"having a good one"won't be as difficult as when I worked for those scumbags.

I appreciate your attempt at educating me,so I will return the favor-'scuse me for correcting you.

    Have a BETTER one.
