it IS the point if the driver leaves the turn signal indicator on and keeps driving in circles, cuz he can't figure out how to turn off the indicator........

I worked in an insurance company as an adjuster and I have seen the "circles" your drivers have driven. I wouldn't brag about it.

:laughing8: We're used to that in Florida. Old folks in cars driving down the road with the left blinker on.

Come on Rev, don't you know that all of them are big NASCAR fans. Their motto:

    Drive fast. Turn left. :smt033

I passed a car on I-80 going EAST out of Sacramento once, he had his left turn signal on. I passed him six or seven more times between Sac and Chicago three days later. He STILL had his left turn signal on. I wonder; was he a SWIFT driver in training?

Language Barrier, is NOT the point. Federal Law clearly States, that ALL drivers MUST be able to READ and SPEAK english well enough to be able to understand road signs, and converse with Safety Officials (Police, DOT, ect)

Perhaps you should go back and READ the "Little Green Bible" instead of trying to interpet it for us.....
