I always recommend being completely honest, but life's all about choices. The last thing you want to happen is to get to school and/or oreintation and they find out you didn't tell them about it. That equals no job for you and an expensive ride home.

Also, is there a difference between regular intoxication and drunk intoxication?:biggrin_25523:

You told us...you might as well tell them! Better now than they find out later and out you go!

Dude, they'll know when you kicked that cat in 6th grade, trust me..
Be up front, honest as far back as you can remember, estimate the date/month.. do no lie or omit anything, as swift looks at it as lying on a resume and as stated above, bye bye, no free ride home..
You get 2 chances to add things on yer application, first day, then (I think) 2nd day when they bring back the app to verify anything like a date, etc... be upfront and honest..
Swift looks at it like if you lie now, how can they trust you 3000mi away with a customer etc..

    Good luck..

Carriers are more interested in felonies and anything that is drug or alcohol related. If a dui is at least 7-10 years old then it is not a problem with most carriers as long as there is nothing else on your record. There are some who will never hire anyone with a felony or DUI no matter how old.

Just list them to be on the safe side. They will not hold this against you... Like other poster stated. they are more worried about felonies depending what for..

Take your cue from the application. If it says, "List all _______s in the last ten years:" then go back ten years. If it says, "Have you ever_______?" and you did when you were nine years old, list it.
