    yes but all I got was probation unsupervised paid a fine and probation was over. No one can find that record even when I joined the navy in 1991 also DONCAF could not find it when I was getting my security clearence

    Should be okay for Swift. Apparently, Werner's safety scores are so bad they can only hire perfect people, per their insurance company. It's the only reason I can think of they would kick your app back. That stuff is so old, you could get hired into the Secret Service with it.
