I am a company driver with Swift, I am purchasing a truck from a dealership. I called the Swift owner operator division just for them to tell me that they're not taking any outside trucks. The only way to be o/o with them is to lease one of their trucks for $515 (not including expenses) a week. Swift has too many trucks huh

    PharmPhail Thanks this.

Might I suggest going to a 100% O/O company? I'd wager that you would fare $$$$ much better.

    davan2004 Thanks this.

    ditto
they will fill their company owned trucks first, their company leased trucks second, and the o/o's will get the scraps
just good business from their point of view
but it sucks for the guy trying to make his truck payment
