Swift loses another law suit regarding O/O

I once had a Swift Driver tell me he was getting a dollar 40 a mile as a company driver on a special contract.

Arrow is cheaper, and mixes rather well with hot chocolate or choco milk.

 

Uh we already could pull freight for anyone under the subcontractor agreement.... As long as you pulled all swift numbers,plates and equipment... However I.E.L agreement that governs through swift leased trucks said you could not use swifts truck for it.

 

Wonder if this will have a affect on the other fleece purchases through other companies

 

I just got my check for $801.19 from a class action suit against Schneider. I only worked 3 months at Schneider.

Know you see how quality is able to take over the lease market because you only have to stay 90 days with the first carrier then you can pick any were from about 100 company to run your truck

 

Maybe not a hundred, but quite a few. I find it interesting how Google identifies Quality's phone number as belonging to Celadon.

The big advantage of Quality's lease is that it's a true walk-away lease. You don't need to find a sucker to take over your lease, or file for bankruptcy, to get away from them.

 

You must return it to them are they list it as if they repo it from you, if you bring it back you will have to wait 6 months before you can get one more from them, I know because I did it myself
