    Yep. The only thing worse then hiring the cheapest contract bidder, is hiring a higher bidder and still having the same performance level, and having to tell your shareholders you want to continue paying more for the same [poor] level of service.

    But seriously, does anyone have proof that Walmart has always chosen the lowest bidder? Does anyone prefer to pay more than necessary? Are there some that really believe if it costs more, then it MUST be better? SMH

    You know as a company what you hire. If you dig a little you know what companies do rookies and which do 1 year or more expirence. If you give the load to a broker he knows what he gets by selling it to an o or to Schneider.
