She can go to Earl Henderson Trucking and pull Prime trailers and haul Prime freight and the CDL classes are only avg. 6 - 15 people vs. 100 people. Also get meals, private one person occupancy hotel room, $100.00 cash each week to supplement your meals if you want more food. 400 trucks vs. thousands.

and as far as picking a company take what you feel is right. you will be a new driver it really doesnt matter

 

When did that happen? I know they're affiliated with Prime in that they pull their trailers, but the same is with Wil-trans and O&S.
Henderson has their own school in Caseyville, IL and all their trucks are full size, not the tiny lightweights Prime uses.

 

They sometimes pull Prime tankers and flatbeds, but mostly reefers. They have some type of special affiliation with Prime. They just bought a flatbed company, "Tennant Truck Lines"

 

Yep, I've been in that "poor money management" situation. Took a while to get the message through my hard head. Doing great now after finally waking up and now have several rental properties; two in Las Vegas and some others elsewhere.
Some truck drivers actually retire as millionaires; those that take charge of their finances from day one.

 

You are correct Chinatown Henderson still maintains their own authority they just pull prime trailers and freight. I will say this though I've seen their yard near st Louis and yeah they only had 20 students but they only had one gravel lot set up with some cones for training and I only seen 1 instructor out there with the students ( could have been more on break ) prime has an awesome training facility several training pads and 1 on 1 instructors to student ratio besides isn't it ussually better to cut out the middle man lol
